OUR COMPANY

Our company was founded in the year 1967 as a hand crafting enterprise in Bad Berleburg, the current location of our main administrative office.

While the initial focus of our business activities lay in the area of technical heating and sanitation system engineering, OTTO currently offers services covering most of the key functional areas for the construction, operation and renovation of buildings and industrial plants and ensures as a technical general contractor the efficient integration of external providers and services.

The goal of our activities within all our fields of business is to be one of the most competitive and capable partners for our customers and a leader in the reliable and dedicated application of modern technologies.

An equity base that significantly exceeds the industry average makes our company a financially stable, and therefore absolutely reliable, long-term partner as well.

OTTO requires no external financing, with the exception of aval credit and similar instruments, and invests a considerable amount of its annual cash flow in state-of-the-art machines, equipment, technologies and, above all, the training and education of our employees.

All invoices are paid on time, whether subject to discount or not.
